This paper focuses on young adults and explains that they have stronger, more flexible, and enduring bodies that can perceive more sharply and process more information for quicker response even in a complicated environment than senior adults. "Piaget theorized a hierarchy of development stages with inherent tasks pertinent only to those stages. He assumed that a person would perform these tasks correctly in each stage and that there would be physical, perceptual, cognitive and affective changes from stage to stage. Young people from the 16-19 age range would tend to be alert, vigorous, careless, more perceptive and retentive but also more self-conscious and emotionally insecure than those in the 60 or more age bracket who would have gained the necessary knowledge, wisdom and maturity through experience and learning."
