Here also the communicative role of healthcare management is vitally important. Hospital management should thus conduct surveys among patients to ensure that all needs are met. If there is a need that could be met by improved manufacturing techniques, these should be communicated to the manufacturing organization. In this way the entire system works together in order to focus on the requirements of the customer."
