"Stan?s therapy sessions may be limited to six to twelve times making it necessary to combine the therapies as soon as possible. During the first session, Stan would be encouraged to talk about any trauma he has experienced in his life. The trauma would be mentioned in the second session, while Stan would be encouraged to describe negative feelings he may be experiencing. Future sessions would concentrate on role-reversal as a means to understand how others feel about Stan?s negative behavior and how they are dealing with the trauma he has experienced in his life."
