The civil rights movement is definitely a reminder of the pain that America carries in her past, but it can also be seen as a ray of hope for anyone who feels oppressed. The fight for freedom includes not only African-Americans, but other minorities as well, and more than anything, the fight for freedom should be seen as something that can be won."
