Humans have personal needs that must be filled in order to reach the highest level of self-actualization. In order to best motivate their employees and to be the most competitive, organizations must consider this hierarchy of needs when developing strategies. One of the ways is to ensure that proper communication is provided to employees, especially in times of rapid change."
