Abstract
This paper takes a look at the future of the web and of web building tools. The paper presents a brief overview of early web page building languages and then discusses how the tools needed have changed over time, making it simpler for those with fewer technical skills to build web pages. The paper further explains that the increasing simplicity of building web pages is an indication that a new type of communications system, with different rules and perceptions, may lie in the future.

From the Paper
"In the very early years of the Internet's development, Web pages could only be constructed by directly using HyperText Markup Language to HTML. HTML is defined as " A markup language designed for the creation of web pages and other information viewable in a browser. The focus of HTML is on the presentation of information- paragraphs, fonts, italics, tables, and so forth- rather than the semantics- what the words mean." ( Onelook) WebPages were created usually by using a simple text editor such as Windows Notepad to write the underlying syntax. This language was created and displayed the web page in conjunction with an application known as the Web Browser. The early Web browsers like Netscape, in conjunction with the underlying language, allowed for the standardization of the Web, so that all web pages could be displayed, viewed and interacted with by the browser users."

"The natural health practitioner's practice is quite different from that of medical doctors in that much of the homeopathy is based upon the patient's response to questions posed by the practitioner. Consultations require a one-hour period of time limiting the number of patients the practitioner is able to see in a day. Another means of conducting consultations would prove to be invaluable in terms of healthcare delivery to the patient base of this clinic. This system would furthermore allow quicker feedback and results to be filtered to the patients and would end the incessant waiting until their next appointment to receive results, feedback or instructions for their healthcare needs."

"The Web page will be presented in English and designed for employees whose organizations are moving toward or functioning in a team-based environment. A prototype will be used to develop the site and, as the developer. The researcher in this work will hold the responsibility for maintenance and necessary medications of the design. Still graphics such as bullets and photographs will be incorporated into the site, as will other tools, such as, fonts, titles and headings, links, blank space, and horizontal and ruling lines. There will be no need for security beyond that readily available to all sites, because this site's objective is to educate and aid. The life expectancy of this site is 5 or more years. By five years from now, it is anticipated that organizations will have come to realize that not all employees are alike and that they need to be trained to function in a team-based environment."

From the Paper
"When it comes to the topic of philosophy, what can be a more debatable topic than death? Do we die when we are gone or do we exist in some supernatural state for all eternity? Do we get to come back as a dog a cat a mouse or are we the whisper of the wind in the trees on warm summer mornings? Do we get to see what happens to those we love; left here on earth; or do we remain oblivious to their earthly pains and trials? All of these questions create a hotbed of discussion and debate within the topic of death and the philosophy behind the various beliefs(Philosophy of death Is Religion Philosophy Gone Bad? http://www.apostolic.net/biblicalstudies/philogonebad.htm)."

Abstract
This paper identifies the top ten health care policy issues as represented through a search of the world wide web. The issues referenced are determined through political websites as part of candidate platforms and presidential issues as well as from a site specific to health policy. Issues cited are: Aging, diet and nutrition, environmental health, global issues, healthcare reform, infectious diseases, mental health, patient advocacy, public health and research and discovery.

From the Paper
"Health care policy issues have been with us as long as the people have looked to their form of government for help related to health and welfare. According to Macgee (2006), in our modern society, health represents more than disease related issues or health delivery systems, yet governments and nations still compartmentalize health policy issues. This paper presents the top ten issues related to health care policy as represented through a search of political and a-political sites offered on the World Wide Web. The issues listed below are those most commonly debated and include the social variables surrounding the specific health care issue, for the social ramifications are what drive policy. "

From the Paper
"Navigation is one of the most essential and pivotal parts of all design features on the Web. Essentially navigation which is the way a viewer explores a site is the management principle which allows the content to be seen and facilitates accessibility. Poor navigation is the surest route to drive viewers away. The trend in design is towards straightforward and functional navigation which manages and directs the flow of site content. The following view (Koreto) clearly illustrates the idea of basic navigation. "As your site grows, navigation will become an important issue. Your home page should link to the other main pages. " (Koreto, 1997, p 83) The author continues to expand on this important aspect and to develop certain essential aspects related to good navigation."

Abstract
This study examines the impact of inadequate mental health resources and the subsequent mental health crises that have been created. The design of the study contains two types of questionnaires. The paper shows that results of the study support the hypothesis that inadequate resources have led to a mental health crisis among incarcerated juveniles with mental illness. These include lack of resources, misuse of resources, increasing needs for mental health, budget cuts, and alarming trends within the mental health system. Gaps in the mental health system were also noted by the participants in the questionnaires. In conclusion, the writer submits the results of this study as an offering to the developing collection of knowledge regarding the issue of inadequate resources as they relate to mentally ill juveniles in the criminal justice system.

From the Paper
"Most delinquency theories have been strongly influenced by their perceptions of adolescent's relationships with elements of their social environment (Schmalleger, 1995). More specifically, the interactions with family, peers and school are believed to be the most powerful influences on their conventional and delinquent behaviors (Schmalleger, 1995). Today, it is estimated that 24% of youth in the Colorado Division of Youth Corrections are diagnosed with a mental illness. (Jarrett, 2002) A sample of detained youth were studied in Colorado and 41% were found to have a clinically meaningful level of mental health problems. (Coen, 2002) However, there have been a number of these approaches offered over the years to help youthful offenders overcome the challenges and obstacles they face as part of becoming involved in the criminal justice system, with varying degrees of success. Nevertheless, despite the evidence that supports providing timely and effective mental health interventions during these formative periods of life, many states have been unable or unwilling to dedicate the resources required to ensure that all incarcerated juveniles are afforded the opportunity (Kozol, 1991)."

"Today, both small as well as medium sized companies experience server related problems due to the excess load on their websites. In order to solve this problem companies deploy multiple servers. But instead of working as a solution these servers further give rise to problems ranging from the complex cabling, prolonged deployment, more hardware and software requirements to increased data center costs and space requirements, and lower processing capabilities. This problem is further mounted with the amount of space servers occupy. Although rack mounting server is a possible solution but even it takes up a lot of space and is difficult to replace."
