The paper explains that because the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is devoted to preserving diversity, an international dinner is perfect for promoting harmony in the world amongst individuals and in nature. The paper describes how individuals of varied ethnic origins will cook their traditional foods and there will be an admission charge to the international dinner. The paper looks at advertising for the dinner and at a booth at the event that will offer information about the WWF and its work around the world.

Executive Summary

From the Paper:

"Advertising will occur by placing fliers around town for the event, especially in the restaurants that will be participating. Radio stations will be asked to sponsor the event and perhaps do a live remote directly from the dinner. Newspapers will also be employed for advertising in order for the word of the multicultural event to spread. A raffle can be included and the prize will be a dinner for two at one of the featured restaurants. The restaurant will provide this free of cost as it is advertisement for them. Also, each raffle ticket will cost $1.00. If there are four restaurants at the event, each can offer the dinner for two and the money for the tickets will go towards offsetting the cost of renting the community center, etc. Getting the chamber of commerce involved is a good way to get help with the rental of the location, etc. Another idea for the raffle is to have one of the chefs offer a private cooking class as a prize. If the community has a local winery, it would also be a good idea to include them in the event. They can donate some wine to the event and the proceeds will go to the charity event. This is great advertising for them as well and some people may not even know that their community is home to a winery."
