Abstract
This paper describes the history, origin and medical uses of the Yohimbe herb. The paper explains that it is popularly used in West Africa as an aphrodisiac. Furthermore, the paper describes the characteristics of the Yohimbe tree and discusses the contraindications for usage of the Yohimbe Herb.
