From the Paper
"If clients' answers show a high dissatisfaction level, I would change the particular point where the dissatisfaction is observed. If it is about providers, the solution could be to contact them and trying to define ways to improve their work relationship. If the provider does not feel concerned by customer service, I would find another one. If the problem is about the payment delay, we can have a negotiation with clients during the contract negotiation and extend payment delay or split the payment in several times."

Abstract
This paper explores the kind of background and knowledge an accountant requires to be an effective internal consultant. The author explains that data gathered by accountants is not only used internally but also externally. The paper relates the ways in which information gathered by accountants at Marmon and other corporations is used by individuals and organizations outside of the company.
From the Paper
"There is still a role for external consultants as they provide flexible resource of manpower and specialist expertise that an organization often lacks. Internal consulting offers a new model for many highly skilled accountants whose abilities are under-utilized. A common failure of internal auditors becoming internal consultants is that the company and the consultants both expect their job duties to be driven by functional department manager they are assisting. However, successful consulting demands a proactive approach where the relationship is between equals. Consultants often must challenge the d

Abstract
This paper addresses ten issues which contribute to poor security consultant quality. The problems are based upon an analysis by Don Buzelli, a security consultant. In reviewing his claims for what companies ought to do to hire good consultants, the paper draws out lessons for poor quality and offers recommendations for ensuring that companies hire good consultants.
From the Paper
"In the modern marketplace, in which computers provide potential avenues for access to company electronic resources, data presents problems of stolen or lost competitive advantage, and terrorism imposes threat of physical harm, corporate security is an important management issue. However, many businesses lack understanding of how to hire and evaluate consultants. There is an abundance of marketing claims, but a paucity of research-based information dealing with important issues of consultant quality. This paper will discuss ten problems that contribute to poor security consultant quality. Although there was no research found which quantified the concerns related to security consultant quality, there was a wide variety of literature resources that discussed problems. Upon review of these resources, the researcher decided to base analysis and recommendations on solid expert testimony. "

"To ensure that they have the undivided attention of their audience, the Tompkins consultants ought to organize their teaching activities into classes of short duration. This would ensure that the employees maintain their concentration abilities. Also, the schedule should be adapted to the unique needs of each group and when the pre-planned schedule does not satisfy the team, the trainer and the participants should set the breaks according to their desires on the site of the program (Training Point, 2009). The Sustainability Center states that a training session should not extend over five days and each training day should not exceed five hours."

Abstract
Many organizations manage their internal audit process through a hierarchical structure, whereby those at the top level are the only persons authorized to make decisions on behalf of the organization. Since the business arena has transformed itself within a complex global environment, hierarchical organizations no longer possess the ability to accommodate the demands of business needs and competitive pressures. As a result, firms must evaluate and reorganize their management structures to satisfy customer and market needs. This paper provides a discussion of the consultant?s role in identifying potential opportunities for internal audit departments in order to meet ever-changing environmental, economic and market needs.
The paper also demonstrates that a significant body of research exists that provides relevance and support to the consultancy theory of internal auditing. The paper also includes illustrations.
From the Paper
"Historically, internal auditors have typically been engaged in oversight roles that require comprehensive reviews of internal documents and accounting figures to validate the effectiveness of current business practices. However, such practices becoming less effective as businesses are required to improve their strategies to sustain a competitive advantage. Therefore, internal audit department responsibilities are shifting from traditional compliance roles into consultancy models that add value to organizations in light of economic turmoil and technological advancements. As a result, the organizational environment and management orientation have been altered accordingly. Furthermore, internal auditors are gaining additional responsibilities in their managerial roles. Research by leading experts indicates that internal auditors are a significant factor in facilitating organizational change."

From the Paper
"The information systems consulting industry has fallen on hard times. People inside of this industry say that it is because of the economy and the meltdown of the dot-com companies. The reality is that these same people brought much of this problem on themselves through their own self-defeating behavior, and refusal to practice some business basics.
Instead of simply building web-sites and solving the immediate problems identified by their clients, they instead built "end-to-end solutions" that were intended to save the client from getting crushed in the new global economy (King, 2001, p. 64). They created an atmosphere of fear and in many cases oversold their capabilities. When it came time to deliver, their output very often fell short of client expectations."

Abstract
This paper explains that psychology consulting involves a psychologist working with a team or group of people to make recommendations concerning psychological matters within the group. The paper offers some examples of where consultants might be used, such as in hospitals, the police and crime investigations, and university studies. The paper shows why a psychology student might choose to go into consultancy over private practice. The paper then shows the various stages involved in the consultancy process, from initial contact through to termination of the problem at hand.
From the Paper
"For psychologists who have been engaged in consulting, one thing that they are all likely to discover is that the nature of psychological consulting is the same regardless of the medium in which it is performed. This means that a psychologist who consults for a corporation will find that much of the type of work he or she does there will be similar to the type of work that will be done while consulting for a non-profit organization, or any other group. This is because psychological consultants are most often brought in to an organization in order to help the members of that organization to deal with the interpersonal issues that affect them at work and that affect their work performance."
