In this case study, a situational analysis, which reviews TV Guide corporation, and its main product, TV Guide, along with additional offerings is shown. A brief history of TV Guide is given; the corporation's current business situation is assessed. A comprehensive SWOT analysis is given. This analysis lists the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) that are faced by TV Guide. A comprehensive recommendation for the marketing strategy is given for TV Guide. Finally, a conclusion summarizes the important information given in the other sections.
From the Paper
"Interestingly, TV Guide corporation is much more than its most well known product, the TV Guide. Since the publication of McDonald's article TV Guide has become much more diversified, and global. It operates four main business units. These are: TV Guide Television Group, TV Guide Interactive Group, TV Guide Magazine Group, and United Video Group. TV Guide markets and distributes products to over 100 million cable and satellite homes each and every week.
Perhaps the biggest news in the TV Guide area is the formation of Gemstar-TV Guide international on July 12, 2000. This company formed when Gemstar International Group merged with the TV Guide Company. Gemstar-TV Guide International now has television listing products licensed to over 180 companies, in industries like cable, satellite, Internet, personal computers and consumer electronics."

Abstract
This paper is an analysis of the moral choices made in the case about searching the property of students in a high school, pointing out the ethical issues generated by the behavior of the students, the teacher who searched a girl's purse, and the courts that made the decision as to the legality of what occurred. The paper argues that the actions of the teacher were unethical even though that the outcome was as he believed it would be.
From the Paper
"The case of the school search of the purse of student T.L.O. clearly raised a number of legal issues, but it also raises moral issues, as do the actions of the courts in the way they analyzed the issues and made a decision. A strict moral analysis would find that the two girls had broken the rules of the school and that they had also lied. At the same time, the analysis would have to find that the teacher had not acted morally but had taken action based on the outcome he believed would occur. The fact that the outcome was as he believed still does not mean that his actions were correct when he took those actions without taking the proper steps to do so. Moral character is defined by actions, the actions of choosing to follow the virtues and to live a moral and thus a good life."

Abstract
This paper gives a case analysis that weighs the moral justification of euthanasia for terminally ill hospital patients. Additionally, it provides a built-in template for creating a case analysis that is considering euthanasia as an option. The paper sets a scenario, and shows an outcome and its potential consequences. The paper concludes with the author stating a personal opinion about the case.
Outline:
Facts of the Case
Ethical Questions to be Answered
Proposed Answers to Ethical Questions
Objections to Proposed Answer and Responses to the Objections
Conclusion
From the Paper
"Wilma Beard cites the principle developed by Colorado Governor, Richard Lamm, agreeing that "keeping terminally ill patients alive by artificial means, at enormous expense to the public, is wicked." If she had known what was to come, Mrs. Beard says she would have signed a 'living will' under Texas Natural Death Act of 1977 with her husband. She feels as if Elmer is trapped in a hopeless, vegetative state from which he cannot escape, arguing that keeping him breathing on a machine is nothing less than torture. Concordantly, as his wife of 50 years, Mrs. Beard feels she is also trapped in a helpless state, bringing her much misery and pain."
