From the Paper:

"Dalya is a small store, employing only three individuals, with the main role of ensuring the sales staff. The administrative operations are entirely handled by Smith and Jackson, who graduated with a degree in economics. Throughout its decade long existence, the company has served thousands of customers and has created a strong reputation. Due to the success registered, Dalya underwent two major change operations. The first was in 2003 when demand for international specialty products increased to more than the small store could handle. Chance made it that the next door space was available. The owners purchased it and as such enlarged their store; they also hired one new staff member to handle sales. The second change came in 2007, when Smith and Jackson enlarged their product palette and also invested in training their staff. The training revolved around getting the sales employees to know more about the products they were retailing. They as such became able to offer advice and specialized assistance to customers. For instance, when a customer came in looking for nori, the pressed algae used to wrap the sushi rolls, the Dalya employee could tell him that sushi is generally served with gari, pickled ginger, or with wasabi, an extra hot green sauce."
