Abstract This paper presents explanations of several terms relating to evolution. Some of these terms include population, biological species, genotypes and phenotypes, Darwinian fitness, and convergent evolution and coevolution.
From the Paper "The "biological species" concept does not consider physical appearance as an important criterion for classifying species but reproductive isolation is considered a main factor. In other words biological species refers to the broad group or population of individuals, which can successfully interbreed, and produce offsprings while at the same time are reproductively isolated from other populations in the natural environment.
