"Posting information in the Internet has both advantages and disadvantages. One of the advantages is the quick accessibility of information to users. However, despite of this advantage, one drawback that can always occur to information in the World Wide Web, and which can never be guaranteed to be prevented to make e-information safe from unauthorized or illegal use is malicious access and use of private and confidential information. Sometimes, there are researches that require information that are considered private and confidential to allow the research make a strong point. Such includes information about a company's financial state. Because of this, malicious activities sometimes happen that allow a researcher conduct an unauthorized access to private information. In view of this, as a good etiquette when conducting a research on the Web, it is always important to remember to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information. Otherwise, legal problems may be faced by the researcher."
