In order to best recruit new employees, the human resource managers must create a job description that the open positions. The company must publicize the positions they need. The company can decide to recruit from internal applicants or external applicants. The company uses numerous ways to market the open positions, such as advertising, networking, attending job fairs, taking recruiting trips, or using headhunters (McConnell, 2007)."
