From the Paper:

"However the problem is universal and is not specific to any single hospital. Therefore solutions also tend to rely on action by various agencies like education, government and other providers to not only provide for the future with training facilities, but also currently source, locate and hire nursing talents. The internet and global networks are providing platforms for hospitals and recruiters to head hunt n a global scale. There are glitches in the outsourcing of this technical skill which have to be address dine the short run, although in the long run the only option is to see that nursing becomes a viable and lucrative choice for local students who wish to make a career for themselves after schooling. The great problem that would be encountered is the rising costs that will occur in increasing remuneration and other benefits to nursing candidates."
