From the Paper:

"The benefits of good team communication are nearly limitless and of the utmost importance. Miscommunications on teams can cause anything from minor conflicts to death in the most extreme cases. One of the biggest benefits to good team communication is efficiency in performance of individual members and the team as a whole. Another benefit of good team communication is productivity of the entire team; however productivity at the hand of communication must be monitored carefully. If you are over communicating, in excessive meetings for example, you run the risk or decreasing your efficiency and productivity as well as significantly decreasing team morale."
