From the Paper:
"The Taser, as we have seen, not only represents a huge advancement in the development of non-lethal weapon technology, but also offers an exciting glimpse into the future of non-lethal confrontation. Our law enforcement and military personnel deserve nothing less than the very best tools that could be given to these brave men and women not only to stop those that pose a danger to the public, but also to allow the personnel who protect everyone from evil to do so without any harm to them, and to avoid excessive questions as to the validity of the choice of force, which as was discussed earlier, can also lead to a watering down of the ability of the courts to efficiently prosecute dangerous criminals. If dangerous criminals are allowed to walk away from their crimes, everyone is in danger and the criminal justice system will become nothing more than a joke. Therefore, in conclusion, we can see that a huge debt or gratitude is owed to the Taser- a small device with huge impact in the present and endless potential in the future."
