"Teachers are considered to be the sculptors of the human society and play a crucial role in shaping the future generation of any country. Like any other profession, a person must undergo a period of formal study in the field of education and obtain necessary certification in order to make himself eligible for taking up the role of a teacher. The duration and curriculum of the formal study depends on the level of educational field in which the person wants to be a teacher. Normally, the levels of education are Primary School, Elementary School, Secondary School, College and University level. After obtaining the necessary certification, a person becomes eligible to enter in to the noble profession of teaching, which is defined by; 1) A process of formal learning, 2) A body of specialized knowledge, 3) A procedure for certifying or validating membership in the profession, and 4) A set of standards of intellectual, practical, and ethical performance, that is defined and enforced by the members of the profession."
