Employers have a responsibility to ensure equality for people of all races, religions, genders, ages, and/or disabilities and should not tolerate discrimination in these areas. Examples of statutes and case laws that examine both employer and employee rights are available to examine the relationship between the cases and statutes with the employment environment."
