"The Catholic philosophy of education is based on the essential presumption of the Creationist view of existence. The story of creation is a means by which some educators would call biased, but is really merely the guiding method for Catholics to be at peace with their interpretation of the world, and helps them to function in the world post education by providing the story of the world in order to establish peace of mind. In effect, the Catholic school philosophy of education is significant to many other groups because it provides a wide range of explanation of the supernatural and fantastic phenomena that are beyond our power to comprehend, such as nature and the creation of all things. Science can provide an empirical explanation for what is originated by God, which is the focus of the Catholic educational philosophy."
