The paper discusses the need for companies to research products prior to implementation, to use benchmarking practices and practice good communication. From the Paper:

"Lexmark International (Lexmark) is a manufacturer, and supplier of printing solutions and products, including laser, inkjet and dot matrix printers and associated supplies for office and home use (Datamonitor).
