From the Paper:
"The installation process consists of three phases. The first phase includes installing and upgrading the network at the company headquarters. The system will go through a 30-day testing and debugging cycle before the second phase begins. Phase 2 includes the installation of the new network in the manufacturing plant in Albany, GA. Phase 2 also includes a testing and debugging cycle of 60-days to ensure the plant's LAN is working properly and that the plant is communicating perfectly with the corporate office over the WAN. The third and final phase of the system includes the upgrade and simultaneous installation of the new network in the manufacturing plants in Pontiac, MI and China. Phase 3 will be a two-month process. The total time line for installation from the corporate office to the conclusion of debugging in MI and China is five months. The schedule may change depending upon how well the new system works and how long the debugging process takes at each facility."
