From the Paper:

"One of the most important aspects of business success is adequate preparation and planning. This is a fact that is noted in many studies on this issue. For example, a study by Rothe and Jurgensen, (1961) entitled, Matching Men to Job Requirements, states that a successful leader in business and industry has to observe central basic operational factors. These include planning activities, deciding what to do in certain circumstances and, "... organizing a group of persons to carry out the plans that have been decided upon ...leading the organization toward the established goal, and ... analyzing the progress toward the goal" (Rothe & Jurgensen, 1961, p. 5)."
