From the Paper:

"Another important component to realizing long-term viability for Riordan Manufacturing is the integration of Human Resource Management (HRM) into its business strategy and organizational design. In doing so, Riordan can ensure that they are providing an effective ROI on the human capital asset as well as foster an environment that reflects value, appreciation, integrity, and respect for its employees. HR can facilitate the changes that need to take place, properly train management on how to implement the changes, and ensure employee comprehension of the organizational goals and how their role impacts those goals (Incentive, 2005), all the while maintaining productivity, trust, and morale (Schuster & Zingheim, 1995)."
