Culture and up-bring also play an important role in developing the personality of the individual and the team. When working in global teams, identifying and hiring the right person can help develop a more cohesive team.(Kirkman, Gibson, & Shapiro, 2001) When people with diverse and radically different backgrounds are put in the same environment, conflicts and misunderstandings are generally expected. But communication and belief that team members also want to do a good job. This is not to state that team dynamic should not be without questions and queries. It is vital that the queries are addressed in a fair and just manner."
