Often times schools establish a line between classroom teacher and school administrator that allows for no overlap of their roles. However, the reality of the school environment makes such divisions absurd, as in order for a school to function effectively and efficiently, there needs to be cooperation between the administrative level and the classroom teacher. Nowhere is this more clear than in the area of classroom, or school, discipline."
