For the services they provide, consultants are experts and effective only if they are clarified of the organizational goals, the kind of objectives they are to help to achieve, the time frame and business vision. For this purpose, both of the client and the consultant should work hand in hand by establishing ground rules, services they want to provide, expertise expected and the kind of impact on the businesses. Any discrepancies arising out of this arrangement should be strategizing before hand so that no blame should be levied on each other."
