"I chose all these as my own personal values due to the fact I'm a firm believer that family is first. I chose honesty secondly because I can't stand liars if someone lie's they only have to keep lying and eventually it catches up to them. Loyalty is my third value and I believe if you show that you are loyal then people trust you and that will help you with achievement my fourth value. Personal development is very important that way you assure yourself that you are gaining something positive every day. Self respect is important to me because if you respect yourself than people will take you serious. Now, through all these values you will find yourself growing my seventh value. Leadership is what's most important in my future role to want to be a great manager. Having truth gives you my number ten value stability. All that I will and have learned will give me the undoubtfully stable ground that makes me an efficient and effective manager."
