"Another factor stated in this study's findings was the factor of 'smell' and as well the factors of the mall in terms of its' :layout, lighting, music, and other physical attributes "offer physical clues to the experiential environment. (Baker, et al, 2002) The decor of the mall was stated to be important to girls in their teens as well as the overall environment (Baker and Hayto, 2000) and image being found important to tourists. (Kinley, et al, 2002) The following chart labeled Figure 1 demonstrates the types of stores and the level of cool that these stores are in the opinion of the teens surveyed in this study."
