The goal of this proposal is to eliminate the previously mentioned problems by giving attention on the following aspects: making sure that every course is offered at least once a year, making certain the right professors are assigned to the right courses, and making certain students most in need of courses to graduate get preference. Further, publishing the results of course assignments online is included in this proposal to eliminate course misinformation."
