"Veterans Health Information and Technology Architecture (VistA) the Veterans Healthcare Administration has implemented throughout the VHA organization and throughout the United States, which include: (1) computerized patient records system; (2) VistA Imaging; (3) Bar-code medication administration; and (4) My HealtheVet.
