This research focuses on the degree to which conflict resolution education affects the nursing role in the hospital setting. This paper investigates in both a qualitative and quantitative nature, first in the form of a literature review and then in the form of a case study. The literature reviewed in this paper informs us that conflict resolution has not been historically or traditionally included in nursing education except in the larger nursing degrees which are related to roles of leadership.
