In other words, it attempts to bring the management from an organizational level to a project level and examines, from this angle, why project management is so important.

"In personal life, project management is similarly important, ranging from small projects, such as going to the supermarket and purchasing the weekly groceries, to more complicated and ample projects, such as buying a new house. In the latter case, the planning stage will include identifying the necessary steps that need to be taken into consideration (identifying the necessary financial institution, choosing the real estate company etc.); organizing will include activities relating to the actual putting into practice of all these stages of the planning phase; directing and controlling will mean paying the monthly payments rates for the credit etc."
