From the Paper:

"This work has noted the many aspects that impact the workforce in noting the issues of diversity, of skill requirement, of educational provision, as well as other aspects and social implications surrounding that which will affect that workforce. While there are those who hold that tight organizational control of the workplace and rigid educational requirements per citizen as decided upon by the ruling structure and there are those that hold to the school of thought that believes total individual freedom or individuality in society will render the most in terms of upholding social responsibility for tomorrow, and one might see aspects of either in case studies noted however, the new world in which the human race exists is one that has one chance of survival and that is the collaborative cooperation of the human society at large in the effort of 'community-building' which involves integration of all aspects of life and requires dedication to goal-attainment which is ensuring each sum and part of that community is characterized by proper responsible use of resources for effective outcome in terms of sustainability."
