Building a positive perception of the program facilitators within the student body is key to its success, exploring how the facilitator perceives the environment and ensuring their values are in line with those of the school before hiring will help to create harmony, and establishing clear roles and levels of authority to ensure that educators and facilitators work collaboratively in supporting and redirecting youth is imperative to fostering goals of safety within schools."
