Paper Summary:

This detailed paper explores how the management style of an organization decides the manner in which people work with each other, their executives and their society. The writer of this paper probes how businesses make use of upcoming business opportunities while confronting the need for speedy organizational growth in an unstable economy. This paper proves that the art of effective leadership and communication results in employee satisfaction and loyalty.

From the Paper:

"The art of inspiring people is the key element of effective leadership. Though money is certainly a strong motivator, it is not the only reason for people to churn out to unexpected work. Persons with their own exclusive qualities and with their own collections of aims, purposes and aspirations form a work team. Hence they must be treated according to their own personal outline. A very acute productivity setback and low self-esteem will result if workers are not properly authorized. Productivity is damaged if work force is discouraged."
