Right from surveillance systems to information provision for important decision making, Marines are equipped with the best technology. How to transfer this knowledge to its new recruits is the basis of this paper. In addition, it is crucial that the IT department should be efficient, provided with tools that would reduce time of requests and turnaround feedback. The following is an attempt to discover persistent problems that could be solved with a media support center.
