"It allows for the fact that a person meeting the medical exemption guidelines may for a variety of reasons not be able to grow their own marijuana supply nor be able to locate a representative who is willing to grow only that amount, for free without any benefit for themselves. The person in question has already been deemed to have a condition that qualifies them to use the drug however, with the obstacles they face in cultivating and possessing the drug they may find themselves buying it through other means, which is against the law. In this case the judges agreed that the person's personal rights and freedoms are being violated in a manner. "Sample of Sources Used:
