In order to survive in today's what is called "flat" world, certain leadership aspects are surely required: Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and encourage people to follow the leader's strategic plan; Self-confidence and the facility to accept and learn from mistakes and criticism; and Courage to move quickly move ahead and accept the challenges as the come."
