"According to Black's Law Dictionary , a joint venture is "A legal entity in the nature of a partnership engaged in the joint undertaking of a particular transaction for mutual profit; generally, all contribute assets and share risks". Therefore, the company's joint venture partner in Israel would be responsible for the immediate completion of the "on-the-ground" requirements needed for the creation of the joint venture envisioned herein. These immediate requirements include those outlined below; however, construction of a company headquarters and future construction activities undertaken by the joint venture partners would be required to follow the procedures outlined at Appendix B and would require more extensive collaboration."
