From the Paper:
"The Drug Abuse Comprehensive Coordinating Office or DACCO has a Management Information System (MIS) department that is an important part of the organization for many reasons. MIS is a computerized information processing system designed to support the operations, activities, and decision functions of the company management (Infoplease). MIS that is sometimes called information management and systems is a regulation covering the application of people, technologies, and procedures to help solve organization problems. The staff of MIS collects, transmits, processes, and stores the data given to them from different departments in the organization (Babu, Singh, and Sachdeva, 1990)."
