Human Resource Management

Paper Summary:

This paper explores the field of human resource management and its relationship the smooth operation of a company. The author describes the field and the roles and responsibilities of the human resources department within an organization. The author argues that a strong human resource management team contributes to the efficiency of the entire organization. The results of three studies that support this thesis are presented and analyzed.
