Level I -IV trauma center classifications are called for in nearly every community in the world on a daily basis. Though it is true that this need is greater in urban areas, simply because there is a greater concentration of people, the system is needed frequently in rural areas as well and the time it takes to get a person to proper medical care may change but the urgency does not. "
