From the Paper:
"As a result of low morals and opportunity, a growing number of people are committing fraud against their employers. All different types of people commit fraud from the lowest job in the company all the way up to upper management. Preventing fraud can be a daunting task. Most managers who have had an employee steal from them often say that they had taken precautionary steps to prevent fraud from happening. Yet often no amount of cameras or prescreening methods can prevent a determined thief. Companies go as far as hiring private investigators once the company has become suspicious, to catch their crooks. This proposal contains three sections. The first is the introduction, which contains the research project's purpose. Second are the research methods and procedures that will include a description on how all of the documentation and information was obtained. It will also show detailed schedule for the research project. The third and final section will be the budget. The sections will include the cost of all material used and any other expenses accumulated to do this research project."
