From the Paper:

"Findings of this research include the fact that 'collaboration' in the educational community serves as a tool that enables all members of the community to excel, participate and actively create a successful program, curricular content and activities in learning. Those who are members of the education community that is a collaborative community feel they are personally vested in the success of the community and hold high expectations for the success of the initiative or 'common vision' and goals of the community. Combined methods of research are optimal in assessing the success of such a collaborative effort and should result in clear and concise recommendations for reform or formative consideration."
