How a company deals with change can, in extreme cases, decides whether the company will continue to be profitable and forge ahead with new ideas and products and continue to renew their organizational life cycle or start the descent of the business. Most companies that have continued to stay in business and stay profitable have continually added, renewed and changed their product line, their customer base and the general way that they do business."
