The artist believes it is a masterpiece, but the owner of the gallery views it with horror. The artist is told that it cannot be displayed. The artist sadly takes the piece away and does not display it. After the artist dies, the piece sells for $1 million and is considered the artist's finest work. This could be an example of the power of the gallery owner or director."
