"It is important to evaluate what behaviors are making the group member or members difficult and then evaluate and address the specific behaviors. It might be that the group member is extremely vocal during meetings and just needs something to occupy their minds while the meeting is taking place. Arranging a meeting and addressing the behavior with the group member is a more aggressive but direct method for bringing the behavior to light and working on a solution to correcting the behavior."
