From the Paper:

"It is my belief that one can or should never stop learning to learn. Through continued learning, we build stronger minds, stronger minds make better decisions, better decisions help us all to learn and understand people and why we do the things we do in the workplace as well as our personal lives. Some of the things we do are based on culture, some are done unethically, but through lifelong learning, we can all enhance and develop ourselves as well as society one person at a time."
