"I like to believe that I am a person of firm convictions. I believe that there is an afterlife in which we all have to pay for our transgressions on this world, so perhaps that colors what I do in my life. Even if I didn't have those beliefs, however, I feel that there are certain things that just should not be done. This paper will examine a situation that occurred once, when I was working as wait staff at a local restaurant and how I resolved the conflict in a manner in line with my beliefs. Several years ago, I was working as wait staff at a restaurant. It was an ethnic restaurant and the owner tended to hire people of his own ethnicity to fit the restaurant's atmosphere ..."
